The ingredient of Melon In Ginger Tea Syrup
- 1 2 cup 100g caster sugar
- 1 2 cup 125ml water
- 2 green tea bags
- 5cm piece lighthearted ginger peeled thinly sliced
- 2 sprigs open mint
- 1 2 small watermelon peeled thinly sliced
- 1 2 rockmelon seeded peeled thinly sliced
- 1 2 honeydew melon seeded peeled thinly sliced
The Instruction of melon in ginger tea syrup
- supplement the sugar water tea bags ginger and mint sprigs in a medium saucepan higher than low heat cook stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves growth heat to medium high and bring to the boil cook for 2 minutes or until syrup thickens slightly sever from heat and set aside to cool
- place the watermelon rockmelon and honeydew melon in a large bowl strain the syrup and pour over the melon place in the fridge for 1 hour to chill
- place the melon in serving bowls or definite tumblers and pour greater than ginger tea syrup to serve
