This conventional French recipe combines succulent chicken thighs in imitation of the sweetness of apples. Bon Apptit!
The ingredient of Chicken Normandy
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 5kg chicken thigh fillets halved

- 125g 1 2 cup biting cream

- preheat oven to 180u00b0c heat the oil and half the butter in a large heavy based frying pan more than medium high heat cook one third of the chicken for 2 3 minutes each side or until golden transfer to a large casserole dish season subsequently salt and pepper sprinkle taking into consideration nutmeg repeat in 2 more batches later the steadfast chicken
