Gado gado, a vegetable salad served afterward peanut sauce and boiled eggs, is a eternal Indonesian dish. We have other tofu puffs for an extra twist.

The ingredient of Gado Gado

  • 6 small chat potatoes
  • 4 eggs

  • 140g 1 2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 165ml can coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp kecap manis see note
  • 1 tbsp sambal oelek see note or chilli paste

The Instruction of gado gado

  • place potatoes in a saucepan of cold salted water bring to the boil beyond medium heat and cook for 12 minutes or until just tender go to eggs in the last 5 minutes of cooking time
